You'll receive Steven's Sunshine Sharing newsletter each month with a schedule of local classes and other useful information.

Each month during 2008, Steven Horne will be offering a free class at David Tate’s Center for Stress Reduction, 1071 East 100 South, Suite A-4 South, Saint George, Utah. Classes will be held on Wednesday nights starting at 7:30 and will last for 60 minutes. A 30-minute question and answer period will follow each class.

Wednesday, April 30, 2008 — Brain Health

This class will focus on natural ways to increase brain health for better memory and concentration and specific natural remedies for ADHD and other learning and memory problems.

Wednesday, May 28, 2008 — A Healthy Start in Life

This class will focus on natural health care for pregnancy, nursing and the care of infants and small children with natural remedies. This class is a must for parents and grandparents!

Herbs and Supplements for Sports and Athletics

There will be two parts to this class. Part one will be about how to enhance athletic performance with herbs and supplements, including how to minimize sore muscles. Part two will talk about things to do to help treat and heal minor injuries such as sprains, pulls, torn ligaments, etc.
